Part 7: Water the Soul

When you are thirsty, fill a glass with water. You may use any type of glass (except for plastic). Bless the water with a kind intention, such as love or peace. Each time you experience thirst, take a drink of water, while remembering that with each sip you are watering this intention in the garden of your soul. Repeat this action each time you experience thirst for one week. Write down your observations in a notebook.

This week we reclaim the sacramental nature of hydration.
