Fill a tall, clear drinking glass to 3/4 with water and place it in front of a tea light. (The vessel must be made of glass, not plastic.) Prior to bedtime, turn off the lights and illuminate the tea light. Sitting before your sculpture, take 7 deep, complete breaths. Use this sculpture for the next 9 weeks as a contemplative icon to invite spiritual light into your mind. Replace water every Saturday.
