Part 3: Opening the

Eye of the Heart

At the center of our being is the heart, a pure diamond uniting finite and infinite awareness. Direct your awareness to the things you are aspiring to feel for the remainder of the year, and make a list. Review the list everyday morning and evening, blessing the list with eyes closed and attention drawn toward the radiating heart center of your body. Write down observations of how you feel in a notebook.

This week we reclaim the heart as an organ of spiritual perception, practicing the process through which the vibrational field of the human heart comes into spontaneous resonance with the divine heart Itself.
